Die Stiftung hätte zum Zweck, das Centre Le Corbusier / Heidi Weber Museum als öffentliches Museum zu führen und somit das Werk von Le Corbusier der Öffentlichkeit zu erhalten und zu präsentieren. Damit nehmen wir das wiederholt geäusserte, zentrale Anliegen Ihrer Klientin auf, dass das Gebäude in ihrem Sinn weiterhin als Museum geführt werden wird (…)

Aus diesen Gründen würde ich schätzen, dass sich der aktuelle Marktwert des Heidi Weber Pavillon's zwischen 45 und 70 Millionen US Dollars befinden sollte. Die 'Competition' zwischen potentiellen Anwärtern schliesst selbst einen höheren Wert nicht aus.
